Very tight getting in but fine

Location was not easy to spot, there is a concrete pole in the entrance/exit making it very difficult to get in or out of the car park. The parking had a distinct urine smell, and there were low pipes so my large vehicle was very close to hitting some of them. There was no notification of this when booking.

I initially booked 12.30 to 16.30
You offered to extend to 18.00 for a reasonable fee which I accepted.
For whatever reason when I confirmed the booking it had changed to 13.30 to 19.00.
It was not possible to change this ba k to the original times provided. You can make the arrival time earlier or the departure time later but not the arrival earlier and departure time earlier.
If you can, it is not clear on the site how to do this.

I first wanted to pay by credit card, but that did not work, because Belgium is not a country I can pick in the list. My bank in Belgium does not work together with Apple Pay or Google Pay, so I had to ask my sister to pay it for me.
I think a lot of Belgians travel to the UK a lot, so being able to pay by credit card should be an option

Car park signage could do with improving. Whilst I could see a competitor sign for their car park, I could not see one for the car park with Just Park. Also, the car park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA, is extremely tight to get in for my size of vehicle. I had to reverse into the car park and down a ramp to be able to park. Getting out was easy. Might be worth updating or warning drivers with large vehicles about the narrow entrance/exit.
