Entrance far to difficult to enter the car park

The entrance is very tight, the pylon in front is difficult to get around. It is very small in there and the parking spaces are taken up by piping. I only had an Audi A3 which is a relatively small car. If you have anything bigger than this don't bother booking this space.

Close to pall mall amd picadilly square! however, not signposted clear enough and really tight to get into Also there's no exit sign downstairs to direct you on how to get out Also, the driver next to us parked so close and wasn't considerate enough on how we would be able to get into the car

There was road block which made it extremely difficult to find the place for someone driving from outside London. Had to park at another car park as I couldn't find the car park.

For bigger cars the bend in was extremely tight and to get into your space with a big suv it's impossible to turn round this needs staying on site!!

We needed a wheelchair space - none available Had to park on 13th floor & lift wasn’t working! 2 disabled people had to be pushed/helped up & down 10 slopes!! Not only that, the app didn’t work & the car park barriers wouldn’t open Really bad experience. The reply I have just received following my review has been very promising. Hearing from you so quickly after my feedback, giving me a full refund & promising to find out what went wrong is good. Hoping this car park is available for disabled parking properly very soon

Car parking spaces very tight as was entering the car park. Difficult to get out of the car when parked. Road closures to the location of the car park made accessing the car park stressful particularly if you don’t know the area but this maybe different at another time. Overall a good location for where we needed to be just off Trafalgar square.

Hi Please can I get a refund as my car would not fit into the entrance due to a column in the middle- I had to find alternative parking. Thank you

I booked a parking spot in London in advance because it was cheaper to do so as it was close to a theatre that I was attending however there was no clear Signage as to how to get to the entrance and by that time we would be late for the viewing I had to park somewhere else where I paid £50. Not happy at all having to pay twice.
