Excellent parking spot right at the Leyton Orient ground; safe undergound parking in private space. Helen was very helpful, especially when I parked in the wrong spot (my fault for assuming the flat number and parking space number were the same). Would definitely use again.

I would not mind, but i was under the impression we had an agreement so receiving a text the sat morning to ask what time i wanted it from and also to tell me that she had someone else interested who wants a regular booking leading then for her to tell me the space is not available was well below any standards i would expect for a company providing a service, so i was left at the last minute without a space and basically told to sort my self out. i will be looking for a refund by the end of this week or will be going to trading standards with the emails and texts received.
I received the written confirmation from your company so you will be the ones I refer to trading standards.
