Parking space on Norfolk Square Mews, W2

Very unhappy - space not available and confirmed by owner no longer with Justpark - awaiting reply for credit as paid another £40 to park elsewhere - very unhappy customer !!!

We got blocked in continuously - had to get taxi's as could not find 1st blocker and next day - 6 work vans blocked us in and took 45 mins to get out - Bloody infuriating

A little hard to find but all was perfect.

Place was very good. The Norfolk Square Mews was very close to our hotel and a nice and quiet place for our car. But the neighbours, who also live in the Mews, were not so pleased. The couldn't park their own car because ours was in their way.

Great location for Paddington Station but you need to be an experienced and patient driver to get in and out of this parking space.

Easy to find and simple parking experience

There was scaffolding making parking very difficult! Getting out was worse & I needed a helpful builder behind & my wife in front to get out. Plus I had to fold in my wing mirrors & the process took all of 15 minutes.

Terrible Eventually managed to find the Norfolk Square Mews, which is in an alleyway making parking very, very tight. To exit you have to reverse out of the alley and onto a main rccoad. There was scaffolding everywhere and in addition, on return to pick up my car someone had parked a van in the alleyway, without any contact details on the windscreen and blocking us in. Called the supplied contact number by Just Park and a lady answered but could not understand me. We were supposed to be picking up a friend from the hospital but were delayed for approx. 40min until the van driver came back. Very stressful for all concerned.

Hi Oliver, Great location for parking, however i picked a few days where there was lots of tradesman activities which meant i had to wait for vehicles to be moved and couldn't park in the right place so had to return on a number of occasions to move it (good job i was only working at the Paddington Hilton), also then received another call from a scaffolding firm who said my car was in the way and i needed to move it. Various checks with other residents established i was ok to box people in and your representatives on your phone number were always very helpful. i have kept this comment private as i wanted you to know but didn't want my poor experience affecting others choosing to park there. :) Graham

The actual place to park in the mews wasn't very clear and could have been better marked. I just guessed and it was fine but I did feel a little uncertain. Otherwise very convenient.
