Terrible experience, we arrived to find that no spaces were available. when we tried to contact the owner and also app customer services there was no response. As a result we had to leave and find street parking making us late for our event and incurring extra cost. I met another fellow app user at same space who had same problem and also couldn't park. I wrote a message via the app and no response 7 hrs later.
The man next to me vandalised my car with a mastic paste because I accidentally parked in his space. Terrible that you let people like that rent off you.
No access back into parking lot. Had to climb the fence.
Gate code has changed. Please update your instructions.
I arrived and couldn't park as two inconsiderate drivers had filled the spaces. The spaces are not ideal especially if you're disabled like I am and as a giant 4x4 had filled two spaces and another wide car had taken up too much space, the most you may get in is a Smart car. The car park needs a size restriction for vehicles and maybe an attendant to enforce the one spot rule. This carpark isn't suitable of you have to unload a wheelchair or other equipment. It isn't disabled friendly and if you don't feel comfortable reversing, this isn't the car park for you. You can't swing a cat here. Avoid unless you have a small car or are inconsiderate like the two drivers who double parked.
parking space was fine however big difficulty on return as the given code would not work. no one answered the phone. waited 35 minuets with crying children. thank god we left early it could have been standing in the dark. was ready to call the police when another user came and let us go in. tried calling Just park yesterday. no one answered the phone for 27 minuets and i had to hang up. will never use again. owner replied the next day Contacted JUST PARK again who offered a refund of £1.30. i feel insulted. it’s a slap on a customer’s face.
