After arriving at the first location and being told that they were overbooked, I was redirected to this car park which was at least 3 miles away from my destination, so we had to walk with the 2 and 5 year old. If that wasn't enough inconvenience, I've noticed this morning that I've been charged for £49.00 (the original parking fee) and for a further £60.00 (assuming for the new parking location which I was told on the phone would be free of charge due to their own fault on overbooking. I am going to ask for full refund and report this shambles to the watchdog. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic space, easy to locate and great location walking distance to Westbourne grove and only 15 min walk through portobello Road! Safe and quiet area.

Space was "oversold" or at least over used. There was one gap left but people had parked across the top of the gap so I couldn't get in. And even if I could I was very sure someone else would block me in turn and prevent me from exiting.
