Garage on Newstead Way, SW19

Wonderful space for Wimbledon. Less than 3 minutes walk away. Do take note though of the bit that says the space is small! I have a Suzuki SX4 and it was a bit of a tight squeeze.

Excellent location for access to the Tennis - accurate description, the garage has a very narrow access, had to put in the wing mirrors on my Kia Picanto to reverse in. So do be aware, when it says 'small car' it does mean a small, narrow, car!

Safe, secure garage parking space just a few minutes walk from the Wimbledon gate 14. Used twice this week. Reversing in gives you a bit more space to get out of the car!

Ideal spot for Wimbledon tennis. As others have said garage only takes a small car.

Excellent location for Wimbledon, just one minute walk from gate 13 for public access. We fit a Peugeot 308 into the garage and while this was tight we were still able to get in and out of the drivers side.

All as described and extremely close to the entrance. Took a couple of minutes to find the driveway to the garages but not a problem. Our mini fitted in fine but big cars would not, as pointed out by the owner.

As others have described, this garage is off the road behind some properties, but was easy to find from the owner's description supplied once I had booked. Fantastic access to Wimbledon and no rushing for the bus when centre court clears! I parked my 2003 Ford Fiesta in there no problem. It was tight but I could get the driver's door open enough to get out, though I went prepared to leave through the tail gate of the hatchback if necessary! I happened to have a tape measure with me so I measured the garage to help others out. The overall width inside is 2.4m but like any garage there is a frame around the metal door, and one wall also has brick pillars for support which stick out a bit (12cm) and so I would suggest the actual width available is closer to 2.1m or thereabouts. Lengthwise there is just under 5m. Would definitely book this space again next time I'm going to Wimbledon.

This is a fantastic location for Wimbledon - and I was delighted when I realised how close to the club it was. However, it would have been very helpful if I had known where to go before I arrived (it was not a driveway, it was a lock up behind the property) and it took 10 minutes to see that there was a note left on the door telling me where to go. And I was also very unhappy that I didn't know how small the garage was... I came in a BMW which was extremely difficult to park in the space (I ended up scratching my car inadvertently on a piece of metal at the entrance of the garage, so I was very, very unhappy.) And once I did park, I could barely get out of the car. If I had known that it was such a small space (with a ladder propped up at the back, also taking up space) I would have brought a different car. So I would definitely recommend the space, just a proviso to bring a small car.

Great parking, anyone going to Wimbledon cant ask for better!!! Grounds are less than 5 minutes walk, you can actually see the grounds from the road. Clean garage, only comment is that it is a little tight for large cars, I did however manage to park a Citreon Picasso C4 without trouble Garth
