Great parking and helpful staff

The parking attendant was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me, including helping to get out my mum's wheelchair!

Parked there due to Coronavirus outbreak and didn't want to use the tube. Thought it would be a good place near my work where I can park up in a car that's been sterilised, then walk into work and keep away from people much as possible. When arriving to the car park I was approached by a valet guy who said he had to park my car. Held his hands out for my keys and I had to say are you going to wear gloves, which he then begrudgingly pulled from his pocket. I was so pressed to get into into work I was left with no choice but agree to him driving the car. Upon coming back to pick up the car later in the day, plus passing by boots for antiseptic wipes for the insides of the car, I found the car was parked no less than 50ft from where I left it in the morning. There was no reason for the guy to take my keys and enter my car during a pandemic. When getting in the car it seemed a few of the and settings had changed too, namely auto hand break which is used only in traffic. Why, to move my car 50ft? I could of pushed it that distance honestly! Long and short of it is, if you need to drive into work and park in town rather than use the tube during the virus pandemic. Find a car park where your not giving your car keys to someone who may well leave germs in your car. If he was about to drive my car unprotected with gloves then how many other times is this occurring? The landmark hotel should know this so please wake up.

Difficult times but fantastic to be able to park in central London but outside Congestion Charge zone. Two hours for c£4.20 a bargain and the staff are very helpful too. Thanks!

This is an ok place to park , you will get confused going there as the postcode will take you to the door of the landmark hotel, the parking is on the other side. I was sceptical to leave my car with the valet , I think I was right to do so, as my arm rest ( with stuff inside it) was lifted and not put back how it was , so I think once I left my car with him he had a look around in it , which is something to think about. This area is usually very traffic heavy too , so consider that

Good value parking for London visit

Very easy. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very convenient and the valets were very polite which makes a big difference. This car park is yards from the start of the congestion zone and close to tube stations so makes for an easy, pleaser trip into the West End.

All good - easy to find...left car to be valet parked and returned later...few minutes wait while car was returned and then back on our way. Staff were helpful and pleasant - thank you
