Apologies to everyone who had trouble finding the parking spot. The photograph was pointing the wrong way round and now it is pointing correctly at the cark parking spot. I will get a separate phone for just park bookings.

Off road car parking space located within five minutes walking of Maryland Station, which is a two minute
ride of Stratford Station and ten minutes of Liverpool Street Station.
There is also a Tesco Metro within two minutes walk.

When parking please put a note in the window to say you are visiting Mr Peacock in Flat 41A and remove the Just Park notice. The building is managed by a management company. They can sometimes lock the car park but they do so rarely. We are trying to obtain a key.


Unless where otherwise agreed, parking hours are
Monday – Saturday, 07:00 – 19:00 excluding bank holidays
There is free parking on the street after 20:00 and on Sundays and weekends. You would need to move your car to the street for the free parking.

You are parking for a maximum of 12 hours a day and we reserve the right to charge for any over parking at the rate of the daily charge converted to an hourly rate.

The weekly charge is Monday to Friday only
The monthly charge is Monday to Friday only

You are required to have your own insurance for fire, damage and theft as we will accept no liability
That said we have lived down this road and parked a car for 15 years with no incident.

Bring your car to alternative location can be arranged upon request

There is one little snag...
This is a shared property space and every flat has its own parking space. We have one space. Unfortunately, people sometimes don't recognise that cars must be parked in their own space. So, sometimes people will randomly just park in our space. If this happens there is nothing we can do and you are not allowed to park in anyone else's space and if you choose to do so, then it is at your own risk. That said, i haven't actually seen any problems yet....but it can happen!

Very handy parking space with clear instructions from the owner. The only issue was the presence of two security bollards blocking the netrance to the flats. Fortunately our car was narrow enough to fit between the bollards (just), if you have a wide car then you would have been in trouble.

Tried to contact owner but after 2 attempts and a left voicemail I had no response so had to find alternative parking. Complete waste of time.

I will rectify my rating. I called the person he told me exactly where the parking bay is, gave me instructions of what need to be done. Very nice and safe place to park the car. Thank you.

The parking space was alright. The reason I gave four stars is because while reading the instruction after paying it says that it a private parking lot and there is one specific parking for your car but there is no parking marked to tell you which one it is. But it is a good parking space.

I have booked the space. Tried to call th mobile number avilable and went straight to voice mail. Could not find the place and end up parking somewhere else. I am really disappointed with this situation.
