This is a parking space in a modern private residential car park. The car park is protected with a gate activated by remote key remote. The car park is lit at night and maintained by ground staff. The space is available 24/7 365 days a year.
The security key will be handed to you on receipt on a £25 deposit which will be returned to you on return of the key. As i will need to personally hand you the secure key please allow 12 hours between booking and arriving at the space.

There was not clear enough instructions on precisely where the parking space actually is. This can easily be resolved, of course. Otherwise, all good.
