I arrived at the parking space to be met with a barrier stopping me from getting into the parking area and no instructions on how to lift the barrier. When I tried to call the owners number the number was not recognised and I was unable to use the space. Just Park sorted me out with a different space in the area at a nearby house. They apologised for the inconvenience and were very helpful, but I would not book this parking space again, but I would recommend Just Park despite this.
