If you want to be utterly ripped off then come to this woman. I booked a parking space for her to undergo surgery and all seemed well because the proximity to the hospital. However, once we got there the woman wouldn't answer the phone, reply to text messages or answer the door. We asked the concierge whether the parking actually existed and he confirmed there did but you needed a fob key to get past the large black gates blocking our entry. We had to go a park somewhere else and this woman has taken the money from my account. DO NOT BE FOOLED

After speaking to a local resident, you are not even allowed to park here.... They do not own any of the spaces and there was no where to park... DO NO PURCHASE FORM THIS ADVERTISER... I couldn't even stay here!!!

The parking place does not exist and the mobile contact number goes through to a person that knows nothing about the parking. I can only assume this is a scam and am in the process of trying to get a refund. Do not book to park here !

Everything about this booking was great apart from the fact that I contacted the owner a number of times and never got a response which was a bit frustrating.

Good location but was a bit concerned that the description was not totally clear and I was unable to get any response from Louise either by text or phone to clarify on the day. However it worked out ok.

Did not use the parking space. Very disappointed that I only received info regarding exactly where to park 1hour 29 minutes after I would have parked the car.

I found the location description a bit vague to begin with but this was soon resolved after checking Google Maps street view & communication with Louise. All went without a hitch and I would use it again.
