Dreadful, the barrier wasn't working properly so didn't recognise my credit card, had to wait for 15 minutes at the barrier to be issued a ticket. The lift was out of order and I had lots of boxes to carry. Wouldn't use again

Car Park very tight for turning and driving up ramps.
Car Park Spaces are small and cars very close together.

The space was fine and excellent value for money. unfortunately i did not have the card i paid with when i went to this car park (as it had expired). it took NCP 12 minutes to find my Just Park booking.

A very tired looking building but the in gate and out gate worked with my debit card. A little concerning that nobody questioned who was walking in or out of the building but then again, it's a car park. Staff member was polite, plenty of room in the spaces. Good central location. We easily walked to Buck palace, Mall, Trafalgar, Picadilly, Oxford Circus, US Embassy - all in half a day. £ was reasonable to say you are in Central London - i wouldn't pay any more though

We had no problems at all with entering or leaving the car park. The attendant was friendly and helpful. I had a hospital appointment to attend so using "just park" took away some of the stress. I will definitely use it again.

Two problems with using the website. On mobile website I couldn't find one of the tick boxes so I got stuck and had to go over to the desktop.
Secondly the price advertised on both mobile and desktop (£16) was not the price I was given at checkout (£19). Where do I go to get this back?
The parking itself was exactly as advertised and easy to use so 5 star for this part of the experience.

Not a bad place. Issue on finding another direction due to road works. But everything went smoothly. Not a bad spot in a W1 postcode for a competitive price! Looks like I'll be using this place again very soon!
