On the website, payed credit card is suitable for the entry. But, it was impossible!

Great location but problems with the booking that have been sorted well by Justpark. The entry and payment instructions didn't match the set up at the car park. Refund issued but would think twice about parking there again.

On leaving we joined a long cue of cars waiting to exit. The exit barrier was faulty so not allowing anybody to exit. The driver in front had contacted NCP for help and they were on there way. Forty minutes had passed and still no sign of help. The cars in front then started to move as the barrier was then stuck up. Everybody exited without putting their cards in the machine for fear of getting stuck again. Hence NCP engineer had still not arrived. This put a lot of unplanned added time to our journey. Apart from this it was ideal location for Central London.

This was rubbish, firstly took us 3 times as long to find it because the postcode given does not exist!!!
Secondly having per booked we were nearly made to pay again on departure, there are no signs explaining what to do if you have already paid. Would not reccomend nor use you again .
