Paid online to "gurantee" a space. I arrived and had to drive round a small car park and wait for 20 minutes.
When I finally found a place (most were marked reserved for other people).
When I left, it took 25 minutes for the ncp people to raise the barrier as they can't trace justpark.com payments - Never again

The spot was fine, but it wasn't clear how to get out through the gate with pre-booking form. There were no instructions or an attendant onsite.

Difficult entry and exit with a large car (turning circle) - watch the alloys on the way out !
but handy for BT Tower. Overall excellent and will use again.
