this is a comment rather then a criticism. I am a complete stranger to the area, the N C P entrance sign is hidden behind a tree, so it took a few trips up and down the road before I found it. From the Just Park service every thing went perfectly, and I will use you again.

I booked and paid for a reserved parking space at this NCP car park, why? When i got there i found the car park was full and although I didn't expect a particular space to have been reserved for me, i would at least have expected to find a space available. I made contact with the operator who assured me there were, according to his computer, 100 spaces available. Now either I'm blind or his computer was WRONG, there weren't any spaces. The operator wasn't to blame for this but his unhelpful attitude and manner weren't helping the situation. He said he would send someone over to find out what was happening, but no one showed up while I was there. eventually someone came in and left the car park and i was able to park my car, all be it half and hour after I had arrived. Additionally while i was there four other people also turned up who had pre-booked as I had and they also found there was no where to park. So I repeat, Why did I pre-book, I had just the same chance of getting a parking space as if i had just turned up on speck.

Great location and easy to find parking for spending the day in London. It wasn't manned all the time but we had no problem in getting in or out so it was fine.

I think I ended up paying twice! As there was no apparent place for me to enter my details/card in on entry so had to pay to leave as there was no one on duty to sort out the problem - I'm unable to find a link to contact anyone on this site ...... perhaps someone could contact me please!

This is truly a fantastic parking, i paid online used my debit card to get in, the attendant was very very nice and helpful, i found my space allocated and with this i mean very spacious space. cctv fitted clean and with a toilet. Highly recommended hustle free will definitely use it again. well done
