Your IT system Is terrible! I had a major problem using my credit card (I called about this) and the instructions for entering and leaving were non-existent. On leaving, my card did not work and the attendant had to call your office. It took ages! It was the worshippers experience I have had with a parking company. The car park itself was fine.

post code not recognised, but found easily enough from address. Had to call NCP who said JustPark not automatically recognised. however, minor detail. Very happy with car park. Most spaces wife enough. Very close to London Palladium. Will definitely use JustPark again.

Easy to find and fantastic central location. Only downside is that the spaces are very tight and the numerous concrete pillars make parking a 9 point turn event. Difficult to find a space big enough to park and leave your car with peace of mind. I would however use it again, worth it for the location and security even if it is a bit fiddly overall.

Carpark fine, however the booking went wrong and I had to use the intercom to gain entry and exit. All this in spite of the fact I had spoken to NCP to verify card payment on the morning. Not very slick service, could do better!

Only slight negative. Spaces quite tight although okay for standard car and good parker.

Great value( saved £40) for a days parking. Great location , 5 minutes to Regent st. Only problem ticket machine didn't recognise my card but was sorted quickly

Great parking space but BIG issues when you want to leave as the card is not accepted for proof of payment so you have to wait until and operator answers at gate and confirm booking reference number. I would definitely have given 5 starts but this process should definitely be improved for pre booked customers (quite irritating especially for the other drivers behind you waiting to get out!!)
