Not good. Arrived at entrance of car park which is having a great deal of work done to it,to find entry machines not working. Put credit card in machine as per instructions however machine won't recognised card and took the card. There was nobody on site and had to contact ncp direct then on the phone for nearly 40 mins trying to get someone down to the car park to help. Good job we arrived early as my son had a job interview in London. Eventually manager came down and returned my card and told me to take a ticket instead and that he would sort payment outo when we left. When left there was nobody in the office with all lights out.its a good job the barriers were open because I would of had to pay 36.00 to get out of the car park.

It was a building site on the first 2 levels going down, none of the lifts were not working on lvl 3. The stairs were blocked off we had to go to lvl 4 to get out.
I have difficulty in walking, it was not a pleasant experience. All doors were locked when we returned to the car had to walk down the car ramps to get to the car.
A positive, there was parking space and the entry and exit by car worked well.

It wasn't as cheep as some of the other car parks nearby. Once inside the Exit signs and the stairs were difficult to find. It was more difficult to find the way back, once again it wasn't sign posted and it was a case of looking around in frustration to find a way in.

A bit like a war zone due to the demolition going on above this deep pit of a car park, but lots of room once you got down to Level 3 (and there are 12 levels in all!). Entry and exit was a doddle. Would use again in case of need.

Card wasn't recognized at entry. Had to take the ticket and sort it out when leaving the car park. Apart from that - great place.
