The whole experience was good until it was time to leave. The barcode supplied did not work and we could not contact anyone to sort out the problem. We eventually spoke to someone at the departure barrier who let us out. It took roughly 20-30 minutes from arrival back at the car to leaving the car park. Disappointing after spending £42.
