Parking space on Kensington Gardens Sq, W2

perfect save place to park our car. Near Bayswater & Queensway underground. The parkingspace wasn't free but resolved by the concierge on the spot so no worries. space is big enough for an SUV type JEEP Cherokee.

Very misleading website. Totally in the dark . Tried to phone -no answer. Reception when we finally got there didn't know who we were and were very annoyed about the situation. A total shambles. Only good point was the location- when we finally found it.

Entrance to car park was extremely tight. Parking space was worse due to the position of the car in next bay, on arrival there was confusion regarding our booking. Nobody met us at the bay so we left car park via emergency exit. Used intercom to contact reception, who have us vague directions to reception, which took us a while to find. However, we would still use facility again as the cost and location was competative.

While the parking spot was very convenient, in relation to where we were staying, there were problems with the entry protocol. On two or three occasions no one would open the gate for us to get into the underground parking space. I think providing fob access would be better.

Great secure location that worked well except that entry fob did not work so I had to buzz security every time I went in. Parking permit worryingly showed expiry in April 2016 but seems to have worked. Very pleased even with the above minor problems

Great parking space, in a secure underground car park, great location close to Bayswater tube station. The only difficulty I had was exiting the car park as a pedestrian after I parked the car. It seemed that none of the lifts or staircases led back to the reception, I ended up going back onto the street at the rear of the car park and walking round. Just a minor issue in the scheme of things

Excellent instructions, save underground space and good price. What more do you want from parking in London? If you have a big car check if it fits the turn into the garage. Mine was only just fine and I have an average sized car.
