Parking on Jamestown Way, E14

Straight forward. Concierge was really helpful.

Situation regarding the 'owner' of the parking space should be explained. This was a private housing complex and the fact you have to park in one of the visitors bays purely means this person is banefiting from selling a 'visitor' space and not her own. This is totally wrong. To make matters worse, you have to request a visitor permit and if the supposed 'owner' hasn't pre-arranged that with the concierge, then you will not get one. Fortunately, the concierge took pity and gave me a permit anyway as the 'owner' hadn't pre-arranged this. I feel this person - Gill at 22 Jamestown Way, London is imorally selling a visitor bay, which you only become aware of after you have booked and paid the fee! Not something you should be advocating JustPark!!!!

Website said space was 20 minute walk away from O2 arena. When we got there google maps said the walk would be 1hr 30 mins. Ended up having to pay for taxis to and from the location which the car parking space was meant to prevent!

Absolutely fabulous, the girl in the we office was absolutely amazing so friendly and even wrote directions out to the 02 and what trains to get ect thank you so much such a lovely and helpful lady. Thank you

Was a bit dubious about it being a possibly shared visitor space but worked out just fine.

Easy to find, nice area

I arrived at trinity wharf on time, unfortunately all of the access roads that I could find were blocked off. I understand that there was a cycle race in the area. But after multiple attempts to bypass the blocks I had to abandon my visit. A 235 mile round trip for nothing. How about a refund?

Easy to reserve and pay via the app. Instructions were not super clear but once we reached the location and stopped at the Porters lodge for the parking pass, it was clarified. We arrived late due to traffic but were given the full duration we paid for, so this was great! Would use again.

Great parking space in a gated residential area, felt very secure.

I'm not first time in this parking space. Everything is perfect as always. Thank you
