Three minutes walk to Highbury & Islington Station (victoria line and overground), 10 minute walk to Holloway road (piccadilly line), right in between Upper Street and Liverpool Road, 15min walk to Emirates Stadium.
There isn't a drop curb for the driveway but it's still easy to mount.
Please note there is a smart car which uses the space as well which parks on the right side of the driveway. See picture.
The length from the house wall to the edge of the Driveway is 5.5m long.
Against the front of the house is a railed platform which covers the basement skylight, the edge of this to the pavement is 4.1m so allowing the bumper to overhang this, a vehicle measuring up to 4.5m in length should be fine.

Parking spot doesn't have a proper way to access the parking space. Very small.
Great location, but it could be better if the Smart car parked on the left & leave right hand parking space empty for renting. I called the property owner, but didn't answer & no return.

Really disappointed. Booked this space and communicated with the owner and then the space was cancelled at 00:10am on the day! Had already paid so now have to wait for a refund and find another space.

The photo is a little out of date and the walk is far (20 mins), but otherwise no complaints.

Would definitely recommend and the satnav took me directly outside the property. Yes there is a kerb but not an issue at all. It was easy to get the car up and in the space. A short 5 minute walk to the venue with plenty of pubs and restaurants on route. We would park there again if visiting the area .
