used this space for football at West Ham. Easy to find - safe parking - 20 minute walk to the ground could be a little tricky without some prior research which I had done.

I used the parking space for a trip to Upton Park . Found it quite easily and there was plenty of space to park. It was a good 20 minutes walk to the ground just make sure you know the way before you set off because it could be easy to take a wrong turn. I got in touch with Patrick who was kind enough to give me directions.

bit further than I thought from Westham ground but otherwise perfect.

We used the space to go to Upton Park which was a 25 minute walk which was great as after the game we missed all the traffic and got onto the M11 within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend if going to WHFC

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic, Great communication and very friendly owner, would definitely use this space again. I used this for my journey to the Boleyn, only a max 20-25 minute walk to the stadium along Boundary Road. Superb and clear return access straight onto A13 for easy drive home. Everything you want for a smooth, trouble free trip to the Hammers. Thoroughly recommended.
