Access is available 24/7. We have another parking site nearby at 41 Millharbour. The minimum period to rent is 1 month only.
Discounts for long terms customers and advance payers. Our company Grangeford represents the landlord of the whole site and parking rentals are managed by Regent.
Deposits:
Key Deposit: You will be required to pay a key deposit of £50 which will be refunded at the end of your booking.
Rent Deposit: 1 months rent deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be refunded when you terminate your agreement
Minimum 1 month rental
Please note permit is required to park at property which will be sent to you via E-mail after booking.
