It is not in the Congestion Charge Zone so you don't need to pay for the London congestion charge to access. This place is monitored by CCTV. Very handy space in a private underground car park near to Victoria station.
Tip: don't get too close to the gates when using the fob, and exit the car park on foot through the same gates.
