Amazingly friendly and approachable space owner, gated, fully secure (accidentally left a bag there and it was still there untouched the following morning!) and the perfect distance from finsbury park to not be effected by the road closures on event days. I am so impressed with the service I have received, I will happily shout it from the rooftops!
