We were locked in the car park with other parkatmyhouse cars until almost midnight. The security guard would not let us out. We were all parked in the correct parking spaces and permits all displayed. Very poor indeed. It wasn't until we found a policeman that security would let us out. Good luck trying to find out how to get a refund from parkatmyhouse, no detail on the website. Advice to pay by credit card in scenarios like this and get them to take up the refund on your behalf.
