Garage on Holland Street, W8

This parking space is a garage behind security gates opened with a code number and when the owner supplied directions it was easy to find and very secure. It was absolutely ideal for my trip.

All worked very well.

I am extremely disappointed with this parking experience, to the extent I am concerned it is a scan and feel the need to warn others. I am currently appealing a parking penalty from a private company for using this space. Despite trying to contact the person offering the space on a number of occasions, before parking, during parking and after parking, they made absolutely no effort to answer my calls or respond to my messages. I contacted specifically to find out exactly which space I was to park in, as on arrival it was unclear, and despite this message being 'read', they still did not find it within themselves to help make this clear. As a result, I have been fined. Again, on contacting the parking space owner having received this fine, I have been ignored. I hope that others will be able to avoid the bad experience I have had by not booking this space.
