phones gus twice , third time he answered said he woule be about 20 minutes , he then text me five minutes later saying he had an emergency and had to cancel , i booke dbefore i read reviews which i now regret , total waste of time just like the other comments dont bother

Underground car park adjacent to Marylebone station, safe and secure. Access easily gained by phone contact with Gus. Excellent.

There was no communication what so ever as gus did not answer the phone for an fob to access the underground parking so was forced to park elsewhere.

Hard to got through to the parking space owner, only succesful after around 10 phone calls on arriving, no promised fob for the shutter. On the return we couldn't contact the owner to open the shutter for us. We were travelling with 2 kids and last thing you want to do after whole day visiting London is waiting outside in cold and rain at the blue shutter unable to get to your car. We managed to sneak into the parking luckilly and got out. The owner one hour later texted us 'I'm on my way'-- Cheers mate!!!! AVOID!
