The on street parking does require a residences parking permit. Owner had to be pushed into giving one owner said
that he would catch the traffic warden before he issues a ticket.
Insist on a permit to put in the car. Other wise a good spot to park for West Ham games.

Mr Vatsal was very pleasant and helpful when I spoke with him I would recommend this spot for anyone traveling to west hams football ground only 10 minute walk and very safe street

This 'parking space' sold to us was not a reserved space but a road which did not require a permit on our chosen day (Sunday). We were basically charged for 'the privilege' of parking in a free area! There was no permit or ticket provided as it was not required. This is not a safe or secure address.
