Generally a good parking spot, but somehow ended up being double booked and the other driver had booked for a similar time and had arrived there before me... Not sure how it was possible that a single space got double booked.

Once I got there, the parking spot was ideal for my car and on a lovely quiet road. As per previous comments, would not be suitable for wider cars.
One problem I experienced is that the road was closed approaching Grovelands Close on the way my SatNav directed me, so I had to do a detour which took quite a while. I would recommend you check with the owner if the road is now open, and if not approach from the right direction.

Very easy to find. It looks quite a tight space but as you drive in there's no problem getting out of the car. I have a mini so definitely no problems there.
