Ideal for rail station, all spaces used(shows how popular). Will use again

It was quite rough ground outside an old warehouse, but it was on a main thoroughfare so we felt OK leaving the car.

The parking space was restricted on my last visit due to bins and a scattered pile of wood with possibility of sharp nails. Otherwise no complaints about the space.

Second time I have used this space and again it was ideal for the centre of Leytonstone. Very quick and easy walk to the tube station and through the subway to Leytonstone town centre. Can't knock it.

This was a perfect spot for the station into London. 2 minutes to the underground. The exposure of the parking was a bit worrying as there was no security, but in the whole we were very happy.

I noted that the price increased this time - I was in a hurry so had no choice. Also when you book for 24 hours (e.g. 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. the charge is for two days. Also I decided to leave early Thursday 6.00 p.m. rather than Friday a.m. but no easy means to advise, see rebate. Location is however convenient for my needs.

Easy to find, great spot for the tube into London, minimal walk. Quick tube ride into Central London too. Not too much 'city driving' to get there from motorway. Great value for money. There looks to be a security camera on next doors property which, I would hope, would deter theives. Great off road parking in clear site of public so felt safe leaving my car there. Although site doesn't look like an actual drive so not a complete deterrent but with what said above I would feel safe leaving my car there again and will use this next time I need to go into London.
