The car park is well-lit 24 hours a day, and is surrounded by inward-facing housing providing lots of neighbourhood-watch visibility. I have lived on the estate over three years, and own and park a car here myself.
The car park is a minute's walk from Tufnell Park Underground station and the arterial bus routes. Kings Cross is a 10 minute tube direct on the Northern Line, and from there Heathrow Airport is a direct tube ride. Kentish Town, Archway and Camden Town are all a short walk away.
The parking is available on an hourly or daily rate, but is also the perfect place for long-stay parking as an alternate to expensive Airport and city car parks, or if you are visiting friends, family or London on vacation.
Your car will have a friendly, watchful eye whilst you are away, and I am available via telephone or text around the clock.
(Please note: Transport for London have temporarily closed Tufnell Park Underground station in order to upgrade the elevators. This will reopen in March 2016. If the Underground is your preferred method of transport, Kentish Town and Archway Underground stations are both less than a ten minute walk. Alternatively, the arterial bus routes run just stone's throw away from the space.)

Nothing to fault. Everything was where it was supposed to be. Very handy for Central London without incurring the congestion charge. Very cheap for all day parking. Will use again.

All in all, the space was fine. We arrived at 5am and the ticket was out in the box as described.
It should be noted that there are only three visitors spaces available with the permit. One of them was free when we arrived and all were when we picked the car up but I can imagine a scenario where they could all be used.
Also, Tufnell Park station is closed until March 2016. If you plan on using this space for its proximity to the northern line, be sure to allow a little extra time to walk to the next station.

No trouble finding or using this space. Very simple, relatively cheap and great location. That said, note that Tufnell Park tube station is closed for 9 months from June 8th.

It was really easy to find and in a nice quiet and safe location. Will definitely be using this parking again if I need to travel to around that location again. Ryan is always kind and very helpful as I'd never used just park before :)

This is a great spot at a great location. Always a visitors spot free and having parked here on several occasions now can say that its very safe and away from main roads and prying eyes. Highly recommend and only a short 30 second walk from Tuffnel park station. Will definitely use again.
