The car parking space is just off Grange Road and in a lively spot of Bermondsey. I am looking for a long term let for greater than 6 months. The car parking space includes weekends and there is an initial deposit for the fob , should it get lost or broken of £60 which is refundable at the end of the term if the fob is in good working order. The car park has a caretaker from the hours of approx 8.30am to 4.00pm. There is the 42 and 58 buses that take you into Liverpool street within 20 mins. London Bridge Station is a 12 min walk and Bermondsey Station is a 10 min walk. I believe the car parking space is outside of the congestion charge. I am looking for £130.00 per month non negotiable with one month in advance and a notice period of 2 months.
