I got a parking ticket. The bay was not marked clearly, the owner of the flat didn't show me where the space was and didn't care at all when I returned later to find I'd received a ticket. Had I been shown where the parking space was all this could have been avoided. A shame.

You need to get a permit from the owner.
I booked not knowing this and could not get in touch with owner to get the permit. He did contact me a few hours later. I have asked for a refund because I had to park at Ealing Broadway car park.
