We arrived a bit later than expected and the space already had someone parked in it. No one answered the door or the phone number provided, luckily there was a lay by free in the same road. We parked there. Wasted £6.

This was a very accessible and easy to find space. There is no hassle at all - just turn up and park.
The owner responded very quickly to a query text message I sent him in advance.
Within 5 minutes walk of the Excel Centre.
I'll be using this space again whenever I go back to the Excel.
