The parking space is ideal and close by to the ExCeL centre and the DLR. Also buses run from outside 241 which run direct in to Westfield.

waste of time! Booked space to find it a car in it upon arrival. No response from space owner. Have since read reviews to see that this has been a recurring issue. Avoid!

An absolute scam. Doesn't deserve even one star.
Arrived to the place to find that parking space is taken by another car. Tried calling the owner, no answer, sent a few texts asking for clarification - no reply. Only after calling the JustPark customer service got another parking near by but had to pay more even though I was advised that the difference will be reimbursed immediately - still waiting for it.

complete disaster!! I arrived at approx. 6pm and found that the space was occupied. No answer from the owner's mobile and Just park on Voicemail. Fortunately I found a car park nearer to my hotel with spaces and at the same price.
I have always been very impressed with Just Park and this is the first problem. When I called on the Monday morning, the lady was very apologetic and made a refund with no fuss at all.
Other than this glitch, a great service and great prices.

There several parking spaces, all but two were filled up. It appears that you can park in any one of these rather than the one next to the silver car. No other car appeared to have any parking bay/zone tickets and I did not receive a parking ticket - I parked for about 4.5 hours and there was no problem.
No communication.

Easy to find, easy to park. Convenient for what I needed. Slightly disconcerting at first that the parking's address is in a different street to the booking address, but once I found that's because it's round the back of the property it all made sense.
