Our half of a shared drive in front of our house - could easily take two cars (end to end) but we'll rent you the whole thing for the price of one because goodness knows how we'd co-ordinate two people.
5 minute walk to East Finchley Station on the Northern line (along a busy, well lit main road), which'll get you to Bank/Monument in 40ish minutes and is generally one of the more humane lines, you may even get a seat.
On the way to the station is a Budgens, corner shops, a florist and two excellent coffee shops - 'Amichi' (Italian) and Cambell and Syme (flat white, etc.).
We are also a 10 minute walk for Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace Park. It's about a 15 minute walk to Alexandra Palace itself.
Nice area, a friendly, safe and easily accessable part of North London with good public transport.

The property owner was very helpful. When I arrived there was someone else parked on his drive but he quickly resolved this so that we could move into the space. He followed this up with a very apologetic text - very polite and concerned that we were satisfied with his service. The drive is very handy for East Finchley tube station so I'm sure we'll be back.

I traveled into London using the M1 and the destination was very easy to find. Everything was exactly as described with the tube station a short walking distance. I would recommend that people reverse onto the driveway otherwise you have to reverse out onto a fairly busy road

Good location for easy access to the tube. The only thing I would say is if you have a reasonable sized vehicle and are a little precious about it (I am) then if you park on the side with the bins and leave room for people to walk down the middle, there's a chance people may be squeezing past your car to get to the bins.
