Another car had parked in my space by mistake, very stressful for my first experience. However the owner apologised and offered to book another slot for free to compensate for the mix up.

Good location and value only downsides are it's down a narrow one way street , quite tight to get in and the bins get in the way if you want to park away from the front door and allow owner room for a bicycle
