I was approached by an elderly man in a very hostile manner this morning and drilled about why I was parking at the space. He ranted on about how the service should have been cancelled! After showing the elderly man my parking confirmation he finally left me alone. when I returned to collect my car, an old lady stood by the front door, looking very rudely and suspiciously at me, then watched me reverse to leave as if to make sure I was as far away as possible. The worst experience I have ever had in my years using this service!! I felt so humiliated!
