Car Park on Fairmont Avenue, E14

Very easy to access and very helpful staff in hotel. One word of warning though , if you need a car to the 02 book a cab directly or use Uber or equivalent, as a very nice limousine was sent for us , but at the cost of £25 (we should have asked the cost), but apart from that we would recommend this parking space location.

1) une étoile car c est la première fois que je réserve mais sans problème je réserverais via justpark 2)3 étoiles = sa reste correcte station gare bus à deux pas , et situé à une dizaine de kms di centre de Londres 3)via les mails très clair et très bien détaillé pour ma part pas besoin d appelé le site 4)5 étoiles park très bien garder très bonne surveillance avec portier pour vous prendre votre voiture et vous la ramenez Bien entendu je donne mon avis sur l endroit où j ai réservé et on est très satisfait dans l ensemble de la prestation Cordialement Bon séjour à tous

Was not able to walk to the o2 from here and thought you could! Had to pay for the tube. Also when you arrive driver from hotel takes your car and he drove into curb and scratched all my alloy and tyre

As others have mentioned, you need to park outside the hotel, go to reception and the valet parks the car for you. Parking outside the hotel is very tight. Finding the hotel was easy enough, and we collected the car after 11pm. The valet had left but reception escorted us to the car and allowed us to drive out. Barrier entrance/ exit and patrolled so felt car was safe. 5 minute walk from East India DLR station. For the O2, it took 15 minutes by tube. We'd use again.

It was all so easy! After paying on-line and printing off the voucher.I drove to the Hotel, handed over my car keys (I didn't realise until then that a member of hotel staff would take my car and park it), then went off to enjoy my afternoon. I would certainly do it again.

Not quite what was expected, or instructions suggested. On arrival, had to wait to get into the hotel area due to congestion around the buildings and a security guard holding back cars. Once at the hotel, had to find a space outside then go to the hotel and leave keys for hotel staff to park car. On return had over half an hour wait for the car to be brought out, which at 11pm, would certainly put me off using again.

Easy to use although please note the instructions for parking are wrong. You take the car to the front and they mostly your cR for you.
