Assigned space in private, secure, electronic gated car park in Effra Parade, a quiet residential street which is a 3 minute bus ride or 10 minute walk to Brixton tube.
There is automatic gate entry via a remote control key fob to the private car park behind flats. Outside the congestion zone.
£40 deposit required which will be refunded at the end of the rental upon return of the gate entry remote control fob.
Minimum period of rental is one month.
As I don't live on site, please be aware that arrangements will need to be made for the remote control key fob to be handed over or delivered before the rental can start.
