Couldn't actually park here as the information was incorrect and had to pay again. Very disappointing

Station car park open to public, so from the looks of it not guaranteed a space and no attendant in site. Luckily I found a space so for me it worked

The car park is the APCOA car park at Victoria station and access was difficult as the joining instructions were ambiguous. Some roadworks made things worse and we spent 20 minutes trying to locate the car park. Once there though the APCOA staff member was helpful. Also your telephone helpline closed at 1800, and we were still trying to locate the carpark at 1909. We missed 15 minutes of the theatre production that we had travelled into London to see. Either make the entry poit obvious with a good map or keep the helpline open 24/7

This is a very convenient way to park vehicles especially in London, my only criticism being the description of the car park. It was described as 'Eccleston' Bridge and had a post code. The post code did not take me directly to the car park and the name of the car park was not apparent. I found it in the end but was a little late to my show because of the confusion.
