Reviews about this space

Stefano Ruggero P24th August 2013
Very expensive parking, only a problem when arrived but the owner gave us another space.
Kenlambert99 L3rd June 2013
Parking was very straightforward, when we first arrived a car was parked on driveway, however we went round the block and it had gone when we returned. Access to and from the car park was as described and it was ideally located for the Natural History Museum. Would recommend them and definitely use them again.

First time ever using parkatmyhouse. I was taking my children and friend to the natural history museum, this place was not far from there at all and was quite easy to find. I got a call to assure me where to park. Great communication throughout and a very reasonable rate. Would recommend to everyone and would certainly use again. Thank you so much for my cars comfortable safe stay leaving my mind at peace. Great service :)

first timer so was worried as to whether it would all work easily. didnt see anyone gate opened remotely each time, entrance looked tight but got freelander in and around the corner. car park secure at front - metal gates, one side had wall at back other side had a broken fence onto some grass land behind other buildings (but land higher so would need someone to jump down). we had no problems, and location is great if travelling from west. is also about 50 metres from cromwell road so loads of taxis. collecting car fine, slight delay responding to our call (10mins) but all fine. would definitely use again, specific instructions are because we suspect user name is an alias, overall very positive experience. thank you.

only thing was we could have parked for free nearby , if we had known.....

It is the first time I have signed up to a private parking place. I thought I had read all I needed to to be able to use the parking space. I was travelling into London for an event and we didn't have time to look for a parking space and so thought this would be a convenient alternative. We found the location ok but was not able to lift the barrier to enable me to use the space. I didn't have time to find more information on the internet as I thought I must have missed something. I tried the owners number twice to get some advice on how to lift the barrier there was no answer. As we had to sort things out quickly I just parked on the road nearby. Unfortunately we were late for the beginning of the event. I cannot give good feedback as my experience of using a private parking space is not one I wish to repeat. I would value information on how I should have entered the parking area but also was disappointed I could not contact the owner at the time to quickly sort things out.

It is the first time I have used this type of parking facility and thought I had read all the information required to use it. I was travelling into London for an event and didn't have much time to look for a parking spot and the car parks all appeared full, so this seemed a convenient alternative. We found the parking area ok but found I couldn't lift the barrier to enter it. I didn't have time to check the information on the Internet and tried to reach the owner by phone as given on the website and had printed just in case I had a problem. Although I phoned the owner twice I received no answer. As I had no time to continue to find entrance I parked the car on the street. We were late for the start of the event and my experience of using a private parking space is not one I would like to repeat. I would like advice as to how I should have gained quick access as it must be easy. That information wasn't stated (as far as I am aware) nor was information quickly obtainable so my feedback cannot be all good.
