Owners had not opened the gate so I had to ring the number listed for the space. The Lady I spoke to suggested I park elsewhere and she would refund the payment. I was reluctant to do this so she talked me through how to open the gates, which I was able to do after a bit of a struggle - fortunately the next door neighbour was able to help me with opening the personal gate, I had to then open the vehicular entrance gate.
It was a good thing we had left plenty of time to get down to Kensal Rise for our family lunch booking.
It was a pity to have had this worry as soon as we arrived, but it was solved eventually.
A good place with a good bus service very close by.
