Car park is situated outside my block of flats. The building is called 'The Forum'. Access to the car park can be made via Bacton Street and there are plenty of spaces to choose from. You can park in any space as long as you display the parking permit which I will provide.
The reason I don't use the parking space is because I don't own a car.
