The whole booking process was very easy and the instructions given were very detailed and spot-on. The underground car park couldn't be more secure. However the electronic fob used to open/close the parking gates barely worked and we were left sitting around for quite a while just pressing a button over and over on a dud key fob trying to get hated to open.. Took us 20 minutes to get out of the last set of gates when trying to leave for the last time which isn't much funwhen you have a tired 2 year old in the car. If the fob worked as it should then it would of been great.

Good Secure parking space close to local hotels. Easy to find and simple key pick up. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond. I'd definitely recommend it to others and use it again.

Great secure parking in a pleasant and safe gated development. Right next to DLR so incredibly convenient. The owner couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
