The parking was overflowing and my pre-paid space was not reserved. I managed to get the last possible space, which was not an allocated parking space. If I was a minute late, the car after me would have taken that spot leaving me no option, but to seek parking elsewhere. Thankfully, my car didn't get scratched.When leaving, the directions did not work, do I had to contact Customer service. Customer service could no find my booking. Not worth the stress.

When I was scanning my reservations barcode at pay station it didn't work. I called for help but women said that she can't find my booking number so I payed twice when I booked parking and to get out of parking
