Booking was easy....when i came to leave and pressed the intercom to say i had booked online it kept saying intercom engaged!!! Nobody else was using it or the other one.....had to get out of my car and find a number to.call.. the booth was unoccupied.... large queue behind my vehicle....an annoyance i could do without

Excellent, central, easy, secure parking - a bit pricey reflecting location but overall very good. Only blip was on exiting. In order to pass through the exit barrier, we needed to raise the parking attendant on the intercom but this proved impossible. After some time wandering around the carpark, we were lucky to find a lovely, incredibly helpful guy from Q parks on his rounds who was able to raise the barrier and let us leave. Not sure what would have happened if we hadn't bumped into him though!

Easy to find - good size spaces, clean, toilet facilities, safe and secure! Will use this car park again - in the heart of China town - perfect!

Good value considering the Car Park is in the heart of London. I do recommend it but trying to scan your Just Park Voucher into the paying machine is impossible, though the girl at the reception was very helpful.

Website needs work, took the payment 5 times but then the customer service to refund the payments was good.
I couldn't scan the barcode from my phone at Q-Park in ChinaTown and it took me 30 minutes to get out.
I like the concept, a little customer journey refining would deliver a better experience!
