Good day
I am very disappointed. As you must know, in the end I did not use this park.
I got the code to enter the property ( I had been told the gate would open automatically - I never EVER got any info about a code ) when it was too late and I did not move my car ( was already parked elsewhere as I had an appointment and could not wait forever ).
I made a complaint to JustPark , and I want my money back. This incident of being locked out of the property for lack of proper info was very unpleasant and it ruined actually my appointment in London.
